Project inquiries

When you submit the project inquiry form, Email Clarity receives the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, project details, timing, and the type of support you are seeking. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, and maintain relevant business records.

Website and analytics information

This website uses Google Tag Manager and may use Google Analytics to understand general site usage, CTA interactions, and completed inquiries. Email Clarity does not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names, or free-text project details to analytics.

The inquiry form may also record limited attribution information such as the page visited, referring site, and campaign parameters.

Service providers and external links

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Calendly is available as an optional scheduling route. LinkedIn is linked as an external professional profile. When you use those services, their own privacy terms apply.

Sharing and retention

Email Clarity does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, scheduling, or analytics. Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential or active work, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form and can contact Daniel through the LinkedIn profile linked on the website. You may also request that inquiry information be corrected or deleted, subject to any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
